Our son Seth was diagnosed with a peanut allergy at age 2.  We are told by his Pediatrician not to expose him to any peanuts until after age 5.  We followed this advice hoping Seth will out grow it.  This year, before school began, we took him to an allergist. Lo and behold, Seth is not only allergic, he is "Deathly" allergic.  Immediately, the doctor asks, "how many times have you  been to the emergency room?"  Our reply was never.  Our Allergist tells us we have been extremely fortunate (we agree completely).  He continues to tell us that he currently has 4 or 5 patients that are as bad or worse than Seth.  So, we have decided to create a completely nut free bakery so he and others who suffer from nut allergies will have a safe place to come and get freshly made treats.
